How do I set a building's preferred vendors?

Who can do this
Organization members with Edit Properties, or with Create Vendors / Edit Vendors. Not staff limited to assigned properties.
Where to find it
Properties → the building → Preferred vendors tab, or Actions → Add preferred vendors
Steps
- Search for and pick existing vendors, then click Add. (Add new vendor creates a vendor but doesn't link it to the building; link it afterwards.)
- To remove one: row menu → Remove from building. Undo is offered.
What happens next
Maintenance requests on any unit in the building suggest these vendors after the unit's own preferred vendors.
Limits
Kera doesn't show on a vendor's page which buildings it's preferred for. Open the building's Preferred vendors tab instead.
