ForLandlordsProperty managers

Who can do this

Anyone who can see Tenants.

Where to find it

Tenants → <tenant>.

Steps

  1. Header: name, status pill (Not invited, Invited or Active), Edit, email, phone, and the main lease's address.
  2. Overview: Summary (Tenure, Outstanding balance), Notes, and the live lease's details with Go to lease.
  3. Leases: every lease, including ended ones. With none, you see "Add a lease to start tracking rent" with Add lease.
  4. Maintenance: the tenant's requests, or "Requests from this tenant land here".
  5. Payments (needs View Accounting): Outstanding balance, Overdue, Last payment, Lifetime paid, and rows for rent, invoices and deposits. When the tenant owes overdue rent, the tab shows a red Overdue badge. Click a rent or deposit invoice to open Kera's invoice PDF.
  6. Documents (needs View Documents): files on the tenant's leases, with Open in Documents. With none, you see "Documents will appear here".

Good to know

On a phone, the tabs stick to the top and scroll sideways. A floating Actions button opens the action rows. Lists over 10 rows page with Previous and Next.

Troubleshooting

Couldn't open invoice means the PDF couldn't be built. Try again. Some requests couldn't load. with Retry means some maintenance requests didn't load. The list is incomplete, so click Retry.
