How do I add a tenant who has no email address?

Who can do this
Landlord, Organization admin, members with Create Tenants.
Where to find it
Tenants → Invite Tenant.
Steps
- Enter the names. Click Continue.
- Leave Email blank (phone is optional). Click Continue. Without a valid email, the invite question is skipped.
- Skip notes or add them, then click Add tenant.
What happens next
The row reads No email available. You can put this person on a record-only lease (Chapter 05). They can't use the tenant portal until you add an email and invite them.
