How do I open the Tenants list?

Who can do this

Landlord, Organization admin, members with View Tenants. Tenants and Owners don't see it.

Where to find it

Side nav → Tenants.

Steps

Each row shows the tenant's name (or Invited Tenant with no name), their main lease's unit and address (or their email, or No email available), a lease status badge, and any month-to-month or renewal badge.
Click a row to open the tenant's page. On a phone, the floating + button reads Invite Tenant.

Good to know

With no tenants, you see "Give tenants a better way to pay" with Invite your first tenant. While Kera checks your plan, Invite Tenant shows Getting your tenants and is disabled.

Limits

The Tenants list has no search box and no export. Use the global search. To bring in many tenants at once, use the import tools covered in the onboarding chapter.
