What if the application is missing details screening needs?

Steps
- Each gap is marked with an orange Missing badge, and the step reads "This application is missing: <fields>". Missing fields can be the name parts, date of birth, email, phone, current address, move-in date, two years of address history, or screening consent.
- Continue, pick checks, confirm, then click Send to applicant. The header button changes from Order screening.
What happens next
You see Waiting on the applicant ("We emailed <email> a link to complete their details…"). Nothing is charged yet, and the status doesn't change. The Screening tab shows Waiting for the applicant, with the missing fields, Resend applicant link and Cancel order. Once the applicant completes their details, the order is placed and charged.
Good to know
Older applications, from before name parts, move-in dates and consent were collected, usually need this step.
Troubleshooting
- This application has no email address, so we can't ask the applicant to complete it.: Kera can't reach the applicant. Use Invite a new applicant with their email instead.
- Screening saved, but the applicant wasn't emailed: nothing was charged. Use Resend applicant link on the Screening tab.
