How do I enable tenant screening for my account?

Who can do this
Landlord, Organization admin, members with Request Screening. It's done once per account.
Where to find it
Shown automatically the first time anyone on the account opens Order screening.
Steps
- Read Enable tenant screening. It explains that screening is provided by The Great Renter and covers identity verification, a credit report, and global watchlist and adverse media checks.
- Tick the box. By ticking it, you confirm that you will order reports only to evaluate applications for units you own or manage, get each applicant's consent through Kera, keep reports confidential and unaltered, and not charge applicants for screening where the law forbids it. You also agree to the Tenant Screening Terms and The Great Renter's Privacy Policy, both linked.
- Click Enable screening. The order screen opens.
What happens next
No one on the account sees this screen again.
Troubleshooting
Couldn't enable screening means the agreement wasn't saved. Try again. If the terms change, Kera asks again.
