What happens if a screening check fails?

Application → Screening tab.
Steps
- A failed check reads "This check could not be completed." with The Great Renter's message.
- If some checks failed, the status is Partly completed. If all failed, it's Failed.
What happens next
The failed check is refunded, including its tax, or the plan allowance is returned. You get Screening report ready for <name> (partly failed) or Screening could not be completed for <name>. An order that fails entirely leaves the application in its previous status, and the application can't be deleted afterwards.
