How do I send a specific lease to a tenant?

Landlord, Organization admin.

Where to find it

Tenants → <tenant> → Leases tab → the lease row.

Steps

On a Record only or Pending lease the tenant hasn't accepted, click Invite to Kera (tenant has no account) or Send for acceptance (tenant has an account).
The toast Invitation sent or Sent for acceptance appears.

What happens next

A Record only lease moves to Pending. The tenant gets <name> invited you to Kera, or You have a lease to review on Kera plus an in-app notification. Lease acceptance is covered in Chapter 05.
