An open conversation → Attach file.

Steps

Click Attach file and pick the file.
Send it.

What happens next

Images show inline. Other files show as a chip that opens or downloads. Conversation details → Shared Media lists everything shared in the thread.

Limits

Images, video, audio, PDF, Word, Excel and plain-text files up to 25 MB each.
