How do I create a group chat?

Who can do this
Landlords and Organization users.
Where to find it
Inbox → New message → Group Chat.
Steps
- Switch to Group Chat. Enter a name in "Enter group name...".
- Tick at least two people, or tick a whole property block to add its tenants.
- Click Create Group (<n> members).
What happens next
The group opens. Everyone in it sees the conversation. Conversation details lists participants with "(You)" and "Admin".
Troubleshooting
Create Group stays disabled with "Select at least 2 members" until two people are picked.
