Landlords and Organization users.
Where to find it
An open conversation → Conversation details → Delete Conversation.
Steps
- Click Delete Conversation and confirm Delete Conversation.
What happens next
The conversation leaves your list.
Limits
There's no archive or restore for conversations, so treat delete as permanent. Single messages can't be deleted.
