How do I message someone straight from their record?

Who can do this
Landlords and Organization users.
Where to find it
Tenants list row → Message, lease details tenant row → Message, property's tenants section, or a maintenance request → Message <name>.
Steps
- Click Message on the record.
What happens next
The Inbox opens with that person's conversation selected. Kera creates it if it's new and reuses it if it exists.
Good to know
On a lease, Message only shows for tenants who accepted the lease.
