How do I screen someone who hasn't applied yet?

Who can do this
Landlord, Organization admin, members with Request Screening.
Where to find it
Applications → Request Screening → Invite a new applicant.
Steps
- Enter First name, Last name and Email, and choose Property / Unit.
- Continue, pick checks, confirm, then click Send to applicant.
What happens next
You see Waiting on the applicant ("We emailed <email> the Apply link…"). The applicant gets Apply for <property>. When they submit, Kera links their application and places and charges the order. Nothing is charged before then.
Good to know
The invite opens the form even if the property or unit is closed for applications. If you picked a unit, the application is for that unit.
Limits
Until the applicant applies, the order isn't visible anywhere in Kera, so you can't resend or cancel it from the app. If they don't apply within 14 days, the order is cancelled with no charge, and you get Screening request expired for <name>.
Troubleshooting
- Enter the applicant's first name, Enter the applicant's last name, Enter the applicant's email, Enter a valid email address or Choose the property they are applying for: a field is missing or invalid.
- Couldn't email the applicant – Nothing was ordered or charged.: check the email address and click Send to applicant again.
