How do I resend the applicant link?

Who can do this
Landlord, Organization admin, members with Request Screening.
Where to find it
Application → Screening tab → Resend applicant link.
Steps
- Click Resend applicant link.
- The toast Link sent ("We emailed <email> a new link.") appears, and the notice's date updates.
What happens next
The old link stops working, and the new one lasts 14 days.
Good to know
If the application already has everything needed, Kera sends no email and places the order straight away. The toast tells you the result, for example Screening placed, or Payment failed if the card is declined.
Troubleshooting
- Couldn't send the link – This applicant link has been sent too many times.: after 10 sends, cancel this screening and order a new one.
- Couldn't send the link – We couldn't send the email to the applicant.: try again later.
