How do I message a tenant from the list?

Who can do this
Landlord, Organization admin and members with inbox access.
Where to find it
Tenants → the chat bubble icon on the row.
Steps
- Click the chat icon. Inbox opens a conversation with that tenant.
Limits
The icon works only when the tenant has a Kera account and their main lease is Accepted. Otherwise it's greyed out. To reach anyone else, use email or phone.
