How do I invite or re-invite an existing tenant?

Who can do this

Landlord, Organization admin, members with Edit Tenants. Needs an active Kera plan.

Where to find it

Tenants → <tenant> → card Invite <name> to Kera (right column). On a phone, tap Actions → Invite.

Steps

Click Invite <name> to Kera, or Re-invite <name> to Kera if you've invited them before.
The toast Invitation sent ("We emailed <email> a link to join the tenant portal.") appears, and the status becomes Invited.

Good to know

The card doesn't show for Active or archived tenants.

Troubleshooting

A greyed-out button with Add an email address for this tenant to invite them. means no email is on file. Click Edit, add an email, then invite. Don't create a second tenant.
