How does the screening allowance in my plan work?

Accounts whose Kera plan includes screenings.

Order screening → Order preview.

Steps

When your plan covers the package, its line reads Included in your plan, with a badge "<N> left · resets <date>". It isn't added to the total.
Individual add-on checks are still charged.
When the allowance runs out, packages are charged as normal.

What happens next

If a package paid from your allowance fails, the allowance is given back.

Limits

The allowance covers packages only, never individual checks. Unused screenings don't carry over past the reset date. For questions about how many screenings a plan includes, contact Kera support (support@getkera.com).
