How do I download a tenant's rent statement?

Who can do this

Landlord; Organization users with View Accounting.

Where to find it

Lease page → Rent tab → ⋮ "Rent actions" → Download statement

Steps

  1. The dialog reads "Every month of rent on this lease, with payments, what is owing and a running balance. Leave the dates blank for the whole history to today."
  2. Optionally set From and To.
  3. Select Download.

What happens next

A PDF named "Rent-statement-<Tenant>-<date>.pdf" downloads, listing each month with charged, paid, credited or written off, owing and a running balance.

Troubleshooting

"The start date must be on or before the end date." / "The end date cannot be after today." / toast "Couldn't download the statement".
