How do I delete a tenant?

Who can do this
Landlord, Organization admin, members with Remove Tenants.
Where to find it
Tenants → <tenant> → Actions → Delete → Delete.
Steps
- Click Delete, then Delete in the dialog.
- The toast Deleted <name> appears, and you return to Tenants.
What happens next
The tenant disappears from both the active and archived lists.
Troubleshooting
- This tenant is on a lease. Remove them from the lease first.: tenants who have ever been on a lease can't be deleted. Archive them instead.
- This tenant has open invoices. Archive them instead if you want to keep the history.
- Can't archive or delete: both are blocked for the same reason, shown underneath.
