How do I cancel a screening?

Who can do this
Landlord, Organization admin, members with Request Screening.
Where to find it
Application → Screening tab → Cancel order, or Cancel order on the Payment failed screen.
Steps
- Click Cancel order.
- In Cancel this screening?, click Cancel screening. Keep it closes the dialog without cancelling.
- The toast Screening cancelled – Nothing was charged for this order. appears.
What happens next
The report reads Screening cancelled. Any link already sent to the applicant stops working.
Limits
You can cancel only before the order is placed: while it's waiting for the applicant or after a failed payment. Once a screening is placed with The Great Renter, it can't be cancelled from Kera. For billing disputes, contact Kera support (support@getkera.com) with the application, order date and status shown.
