Can Kera import my properties from a spreadsheet or another system?

Who can do this
Paying users whose role has Create Entities via AI. The import workspace is switched on per account.
Where to find it
Properties (empty account) → Import with AI, which opens Settings → Migrate data.
Steps
- On a new account with no properties, select Import with AI. See the AI import chapter for the full flow.
Limits
Import with AI shows only on the first-use empty state. Once you have properties, open Settings → Migrate data directly where it's enabled.
