Why does the button say "Choose a Plan" instead of "Add Property"?

Steps

Kera shows Choose a Plan when there's no active subscription, or when a Landlord has reached the unit limit of their plan.
Select it to open the plan dialog. At the unit limit it reads "Room to grow" ("You've reached your plan's limit. Move up a tier to keep adding properties and units."). Choose View plans to change plans, or Maybe later to close it.
Once the subscription is active (or upgraded), the button reads Add Property again.

Good to know

Organizations are billed per seat and have no property or unit limit. Adding a unit to an existing building counts toward a Landlord's unit limit too.
