How do I add or change the bank account or card my payouts go to?

Who can do this

Landlord; Organization admin.

Where to find it

Settings → Wallet (or Side nav → Wallet → Settings)

Steps

  1. Open Settings and choose Wallet. The panel reads "Wallet · Manage your payout accounts."
  2. Under Payout accounts, each account shows as "<Bank> account" or "<brand> card account", with a Connected badge and "Account ending 1234".
  3. Select Manage (or select an account row). Kera opens Stripe's account page.
  4. Add, remove or change the bank account or debit card in Stripe, then return to Kera.

Good to know

With no payout account yet, a dashed row reads Add payout account · "Complete Stripe setup". If you have no Wallet at all, Manage is disabled; set up the Wallet from the Wallet page first.

Limits

Bank details are held by Stripe. Kera never shows your full account number.
