How do I add a tenant without inviting them?

Who can do this
Landlord, Organization admin, members with Create Tenants. Needs an active Kera plan.
Where to find it
Tenants → Invite Tenant.
Steps
- Who is the tenant?: enter First name and Last name. Click Continue.
- How do we reach them?: enter Email and Phone. Click Continue. Kera briefly shows Checking your tenants.
- Invite them to the tenant portal?: choose Not now ("Invite them later from their page").
- Anything to note? (optional): add Notes, or skip.
- Click Add tenant in the header.
What happens next
The tenant appears in the list as Not invited, with no lease. No email is sent and no toast appears.
Troubleshooting
Couldn't add tenant means the save failed. The form stays open with what you typed. Without an active plan, the plan paywall opens instead of the form.
