How do I add a lease for a tenant?

Who can do this

Landlord, Organization admin, members who can create leases.

Where to find it

Tenants → <tenant> → Actions → Add lease, or the Leases tab's Add lease.

Steps

  1. Click Add lease. The lease flow opens with this tenant already on Who's on the lease?.
  2. Complete the lease as described in Chapter 05.

Good to know

Add lease is hidden while the tenant is on a lease that hasn't ended. It shows again when their leases are all Terminated or Expired. It's also hidden for archived tenants.
