Where do I see every notice on a lease?
ForLandlordsProperty managers
Who can do this
Landlord, Organization admin, Organization members with View Notices. Tenants see their own lease's notices in their portal.
Where to find it
Leases → <lease> → Notices.
Steps
- Each row shows the form ("N4 · ...", "RTB-30 · 10 Day Notice", "Form 10 · Cause", "N1 · Rent increase", "N11 · Agreement to end the tenancy"), a type badge ("Notice", "Agreement", "Document"), a status badge and one line about where it stands.
- A button beside ⋮ shows the next step (Continue, Sign, Serve, Upload signed copy).
- ⋮ offers what applies: View notice, Sign notice, Serve notice, Void notice, View certificate of service, View proof of service.
What happens next
Sign and Serve reopen the composer at that step. "Back to lease" closes the composer onto the Notices list.
Good to know
The same list also holds notices of entry, inspection reports, BC RTB-22, deposit statements and Manitoba/Saskatchewan renewal offers; those are covered in their own chapters.
