Landlord, Organization admin, Organization members with Delete Notices.
Where to find it
Notices → <row> ⋮ → Void notice.
Steps
- Choose Void notice.
- Confirm in Void this notice.
What happens next
The row shows voided and no longer offers Serve.
Limits
Rent increases use Delete increase instead. Agreements use Void agreement. A tenant's notice uses Void by agreement.
