What does the Lease summary show?

Who can do this
Anyone adding or editing a lease.
Where to find it
The Lease summary panel on the right of Add lease (on a phone, Details in the bottom bar).
Steps
- Read the unit, term and "$X a month".
- Tenants: each badged Invited, Not invited, No email or Record only.
- Online payments: accepted methods, primary tenant, billing start and a Transaction fee box that prices the fee on the monthly rent (for example "Card: $58.30 a month · Bank debit: $5.00 a month"), who pays it, and "Bank debit payments can take up to 5 business days to clear." Or a single line such as "Not available: no tenant invited".
- First charges (when payments are on), Deposit, After the term, Document ("Sent to <names> to sign" or "On file, not sent") and "Invitation emails go to <n>".
Good to know
If a tenant has no email while invites are on: "One or more tenants have no email on file and will not receive an invitation."
