How do I stop accepting applications?

Landlord, Organization admin, Organization members with Edit Properties.
Where to find it
Property or unit page → Application card.
Steps
- Turn off Open for tenant application.
- The toast Applications closed confirms it. The link disappears from the card.
What happens next
Anyone opening the link sees This property is not currently accepting applications. A form that's already open switches to that message within about 15 seconds. Applications already received are not affected.
Good to know
A screening invite sent through Invite a new applicant still lets that one person apply to a closed property or unit (see "How do I screen someone who hasn't applied yet?").
