How do I open a property for applications?

Who can do this
Landlord, Organization admin, Organization members with Edit Properties.
Where to find it
Properties → <property> → Application card (right column). On a phone, tap Actions → Application.
Steps
- Open a single-unit property, such as a house.
- In the Application card, turn on Open for tenant application.
- The toast Applications opened confirms it. The card then shows Application link: with the public link and a Copy link button.
What happens next
Anyone with the link can apply without an account. The public page re-checks every 15 seconds, so turning the switch off closes an open form within seconds.
Good to know
- Multi-unit buildings have no Application card on the building page. Open each unit for applications instead (next article).
- Without Edit Properties, the switch is greyed out with the tooltip You don't have permission to edit properties.
- Archived properties show only their restore controls, so they can't be opened for applications.
Troubleshooting
Couldn't open applications means the save failed. Check the connection and try again.
