How do I set up a rent schedule or earlier rent from the lease page?

Who can do this
Landlord, Organization admin, Organization members with Create Transactions (earlier rent also needs Edit Leases).
Where to find it
Lease page → Actions → Set up rent schedule, or the Rent tab.
Steps
- Click Set up rent schedule. The full-page composer asks When does rent start? (Rent is due on the, First month to charge), then, for a lease that has already started, Was the rent different earlier? and How did this tenant pay before Kera?, then reminders.
- Click Start rent schedule.
- To add earlier rent later: Rent tab → ⋮ Rent actions → Edit earlier rent.
What happens next
Toast "Rent schedule set up". The Rent tab lists one charge per month. The full rent schedule articles (stop, edit, correct balance, earlier rent, void and reissue) are in chapter 10.
