What's on the lease page?
ForLandlordsProperty managers
Who can do this
Landlord, Organization admin, Organization members with View Leases.
Where to find it
Leases → <lease> (address /landlord/leases/<id>).
Steps
- The title reads "Lease - <full address> <start> to <end>", with any continuation badge and an Edit button.
- Tabs: Overview (default), Tenants (with a count), Rent, Property, Documents (with a count), Inspections, Notices.
- Overview holds Key details: Lease start, Lease end, Monthly rent (for example "2,000.00 CAD"), any pending rent increase, termination or renewal banners, the line "Online rent processing fees will be paid by <payer>" (online leases only), and the lease document.
- The right rail holds Online notices (when relevant), the Invite tenants to Kera card (record-only leases), Signatures (when a signing request exists) and Actions.
- Actions can include Record rent payment, Set up rent schedule (or rent schedule actions), Give rent credit, Deposit, Increase rent, Mark as month-to-month / Mark as fixed term, Turn on online payments, End lease, Add document, and Archive or Delete.
Good to know
- Tabs and actions are permission-gated: Rent needs View Accounting; Documents, Inspections and Notices need their View permission; Record rent payment and Deposit need Create Transactions; Increase rent and Turn on online payments need Edit Leases.
- Lists longer than 10 rows page with Previous / Next. The open tab and page are kept in the address.
- Phone: the tab bar sticks to the top and scrolls sideways. An Actions button opens a sheet with the action rows, plus Invite tenants, Online notices and Signatures rows when they apply.
- Archived lease: a banner reads "This <property> is archived. It stays out of your active lists until you restore it." There's no Edit, and the only action is the lifecycle one.
