Steps

Enter Monthly rent in Canadian dollars.
Click Continue. The step and summary read "$2,000 a month".

What happens next

Changing the rent after answering the deposit or first bill marks those steps Check this, because the deposit cap and first bill are counted in months of rent.

Limits

Rent is a single monthly amount. Kera doesn't store weekly or bi-weekly rent, or separate parking or utility charges on the lease itself (parking and utilities can be written onto the Ontario Standard Lease form).
