How do I resend a signing request to someone?

Who can do this

Landlords, Organization admins, members with Edit Leases.

Where to find it

Signatures card → the person's row.

Steps

On a pending signer's row, select Notify again (Kera account holder) or Send a new link (guest).

What happens next

"Notified again" or "Sent a new link", and a fresh email to that person only. A new guest link makes older links stop working.

Limits

Kera doesn't let you edit a signer's email address on a sent request. Fix the email on the tenant or owner record, then cancel and send a new request if needed.

Troubleshooting

Members without Edit Leases see statuses only, with no resend or More actions. "Couldn't resend signing request" shows the reason.
