How do I see the audit trail of a signing request?

Landlords and Organization users only.

Where to find it

Signatures card → View audit trail (clock icon).

Steps

Select View audit trail.

What happens next

The Audit trail dialog lists events in order, with names and IP/browser details: Request created, Sent, Guest link issued, Guest link opened, Guest verified, Viewed, Signed, Next signer invited, Completed, and where they happened Declined, Canceled, Reminder sent, Expired, or Superseded by an amendment. Before anything happens: "No activity recorded yet."

Limits

Tenants and owners don't see the audit trail.
