How do I track who has signed?

Who can do this
Landlords, Organization admins and members with lease access.
Where to find it
Leases → <lease> → Signatures card (also on inspections and notices that use signing).
Steps
- Read the count "<n> of <m> signed" and each signer's row.
- In order mode, the next signers show "After <name>".
What happens next
Each time someone signs, the manager gets "<name> signed". When everyone has, the manager gets "Signing complete".
