How do I remove an owner from a property?

Who can do this

Organization admins and members who can edit properties or owners.

Where to find it

Property → Owners tab → the owner's row menu ("Owner actions").

Steps

Open the row menu and choose Remove from property.
The toast "Owner removed from property" offers Undo.

What happens next

Only the link is removed; the owner record stays. The owner no longer sees this property in their portal. Edit in the same menu opens the Edit owner composer.

Limits

Removing the owner doesn't change the contract. Review Contract Details afterwards.
