How do I open a property and find my way around it?

ForLandlordsProperty managers

Who can do this

Landlords, and Organization members with View Properties.

Where to find it

Properties → click a row.

Steps

  1. The top card shows the name, photo, full address, property type and parking ("Parking not listed" when empty), or "N Units" for a building. Long descriptions are cut short with Read more / Read less.
  2. Below it, tabs show one section at a time. Single-unit property: Lease (default, with Tenants), Notes, Owners (organizations only, with Contract Details), Preferred vendors, Inspections, Documents, Valuation. Multi-unit building: Units (default) replaces Lease.
  3. The right-hand column holds the Application card (single-unit only), Managers, Actions and Tags.
  4. The tab you're on stays in the page address, so a reload or the browser's Back button keeps it. Long lists in a tab show 10 rows with Previous and Next.
  5. Properties at the top returns to the list with your previous filters and page.

Good to know

  • On a phone, the tab bar scrolls sideways and the right-hand cards move into a floating Actions button. It opens a sheet with the action rows, plus Managers, Application and Manage Tags rows that open their own section.
  • Roles without View Inspections or View Documents don't get those tabs.
  • An empty tab shows a short explanation and, where you can add something, a button (for example Add lease, Add unit, Add notes, Add owner, Add vendor, Add document, Add details).

Troubleshooting

"Property unavailable — This property could not be found or is not available to your account." means the property was deleted or belongs to another account or organization. Check which organization you're signed into (account menu).
