How do I remove a team member?

Who can do this

Organization users with Remove Users (users:remove; default Admin only).

Where to find it

Settings → Members → the member's row → More options.

Steps

  1. Click More options (the three dots) on the member's row.
  2. Click Remove.

What happens next

The row disappears straight away; there is no confirmation. The person loses access to your organization and it drops off their account menu the next time they load Kera. Their Kera login still exists.

Limits

The seat count doesn't drop automatically; lower it under Billing → Manage seats. The only admin can't be removed.

Troubleshooting

Couldn't remove member: nothing changed; try again.
