How do I invite a team member?

Who can do this
Organization users with Invite Users (users:invite; default Admin only). The organization needs an active Enterprise (organization) plan.
Where to find it
Settings → Members → Invite member.
Steps
- Click Invite member.
- Enter the person's Email and pick a Role: Admin, Employee, Guest, Landlord, or any custom role your organization created.
- Click Send Invite. (Click Cancel to close the form without inviting.)
What happens next
The toast Invitation sent appears and the person's row shows Invite pending. They receive the email Join <organization> on Kera with a Join the team button. When they sign up through it they join your organization with the chosen role and skip general onboarding.
Good to know
If every seat is in use, the form warns "You are using all M seats. Inviting this member adds 1 seat to your subscription for $X <currency>/<interval>. You will confirm before any charge." and the button reads Continue. A dialog Add a seat to your subscription? shows the prorated increase; click Add seat & invite to confirm. The toast Seat added and invitation sent gives the new seat count.
Limits
The Tenant and Owner roles can't be chosen here; tenants and owners are invited from their lease or owner record.
Troubleshooting
- "Inviting members needs an Enterprise plan." with See plans: subscribe first (opens Billing). Invite member does nothing until then.
- Member added, but the invitation wasn't sent ("Use Resend invite on their row to try again."): click Resend invite.
- Couldn't add member or Couldn't add a seat to your subscription: nothing was charged or sent; try again.
