How do I put more than one month on the first bill?

Landlord, Organization admin, Organization members with Create Leases.
Where to find it
Add lease → How many months go on the first bill? (shown only when online payments are on).
Steps
- Set Months on the first bill. The helper reads "1 is a normal first month. More means prepaid rent."
- Read the preview, for example "First bill: $6,000.00 …" followed by the next months at $0.
- Click Continue, or Skip to keep one month.
Good to know
An Ontario last month's rent deposit bundled on the first bill keeps the minimum at 2.
