How do I log an expense from a chat?

Users with Create Transactions.
Where to find it
Messages → a thread with a property or maintenance request chip → the chip → Log expense.
Steps
- Click the chip, then Log expense.
- The expense form opens on How much was it? with the property filled in.
- Finish and save.
What happens next
The expense is linked to the property, or to the maintenance request when logged from a maintenance chip (the request's costs show it).
