How do I invoice on an owner's behalf?

Who can do this
Organization users who can create invoices.
Where to find it
Add transaction → Invoice → Whose income is this?.
Steps
- Pick the owner's Property.
- Choose Collecting for the owner, then Fee type and Your fee ("Your cut; the owner is credited the rest on payment").
- Pick an owner-collection Revenue category ("How the owner's income is classified").
- Finish and send.
What happens next
When it's paid, the owner's balance rises by the amount less your fee, and the fee is your revenue.
