How do I invite a tenant from the lease page?

Who can do this
Landlord, Organization admin, Organization members with Edit Leases and View Properties (inviting a tenant with a tenant record also needs Edit Tenants).
Where to find it
Lease page → Tenants tab, or the right-rail Invite tenants to Kera card on a record-only lease.
Steps
- One tenant: on their row, click Invite to Kera (no Kera account yet) or Send for acceptance (already on Kera).
- Everyone: on the Invite tenants to Kera card ("Send invites to every tenant on this lease who has an email so they can access Kera."), click Invite tenants.
What happens next
- Invite to Kera: toast "Invitation sent"; the tenant gets "<manager name> invited you to Kera"; the lease becomes Awaiting acceptance.
- Send for acceptance: toast "Sent for acceptance"; the tenant gets "You have a lease to review on Kera" and an in-app "Review your lease".
- Invite tenants: toast "Invitations sent" (or "Invitation sent" for one); every tenant with an email is marked Invited, the lease becomes Awaiting acceptance, and the card disappears.
Good to know
A tenant with no email: the button is disabled and the row reads "Add an email address for this tenant to invite them." If no tenant has an email, the card's button is disabled with "Add an email address for at least one tenant to invite them."
Troubleshooting
"Couldn't send invitations" or "Couldn't invite N of M …": try again. "You do not manage this lease." means the member doesn't manage the lease's property.
Limits
Kera doesn't let a manager cancel an invitation once sent. Workaround: on a pending lease, remove the tenant from the lease, or delete the pending lease if no signing request is out.
