How does an organization subscribe and choose seats?

Organization users with Manage Subscription (default Admin).
Where to find it
Settings → Billing.
Steps
- Open Settings → Billing. With no plan you see Plan, Billing period ("Save 20% with annual billing") and How many seats do you need? ("You can add or remove seats at anytime").
- Choose Annual or Monthly.
- Use the minus and plus buttons to set the seat count. The total updates ("$X CAD total per month" or "per year").
- Click Create subscription and pay on the Stripe checkout page ("You will be redirected to Stripe to complete your plan…").
What happens next
You return to Kera and Billing shows the management view (Your plan, Manage seats, Manage plan and Fair billing reconciliation). The Key organization features list shows what the plan covers: Manage team and permissions, Centralized billing, Advanced reporting, Priority support.
Good to know
If your organization already has a Stripe billing profile, the subscription starts without checkout and the toast Enterprise subscription started names the seat count.
Troubleshooting
Couldn't start enterprise subscription: nothing was created; try again or contact Kera support.
