How do I choose which tenants get invited?

Steps

With Invite tenants to the lease on, the text reads "Everyone with a valid email gets an invite when you save this lease."
To leave one tenant out, turn off the switch on their row. The row then reads "<email> · won't be invited".
To invite nobody, turn off Invite tenants to the lease. The row switches disappear and the text reads "They accept it in Kera and can pay online. Off keeps it as a record only."

What happens next

Turning invitations off and continuing clears any online payment answers (no message is shown; later answered steps show Check this). Turning it off and straight back on keeps them.

Good to know

If every row switch is off, online payments are locked with "Turn on an invite for a tenant to offer online payments".
