How do I cancel a signing request?

Who can do this

Landlords, Organization admins, members with Edit Leases.

Where to find it

Signatures card → More actions (⋮) → Cancel this request.

Steps

Choose Cancel this request.
Read the dialog "Cancel this signing request": it can't be undone; signatures already collected are kept but nobody can sign or view the request again; recipients are not automatically notified, and any link already sent stops working immediately.
Select Cancel request.

What happens next

"Signing request cancelled". The card shows Voided / "This signing request was voided." Guests opening their link see "No longer available" / "This signing request was cancelled by the sender." The lease document is unlocked so you can replace it and send a new request.

Limits

Tell signers yourself if you want them to know; Kera doesn't email them about the cancellation.
