How do I assign a teammate to a property?

Who can do this

Organization admins and members with Edit Properties. Landlords see the Managers card, but its pickers are disabled.

Where to find it

Property (or unit) → Managers card.

Steps

Select Add assignee and pick the teammate who manages the property. They show with a "Manager" badge.
Select Add verifier and pick the teammate who checks the work. They show with a "Verifier" badge.
To clear either, open it and choose Unassign.

What happens next

Changes save straight away with no toast. On a building, the Managers card sits at the top of the right column; on a unit page it edits the building's assignments.

Troubleshooting

"Couldn't update assigned user" or "Couldn't update verifier": nothing changed; try again. A teammate missing from the list may not have joined the organization yet (see the Settings chapter, Members).
