How do I assign a team member to buildings?

Who can do this
Organization admins, and members with Edit User Roles or Manage Roles & Permissions whose own role isn't limited to assigned properties.
Where to find it
Settings → Members → ⋯ (More options) on the member → Assign buildings.
Steps
- Open the member's ⋯ menu and choose Assign buildings.
- Tick the buildings.
- Click Save.
What happens next
"<name> is assigned to N building(s)" (or "<name> is no longer assigned to any building" when you untick them all). The member gets every unit in those buildings, including units added later; units moved out are removed. Units assigned one by one stay assigned.
Limits
Only for members who have joined and whose role is limited to assigned properties (View Assigned Properties Only). They see their buildings as a row on Properties that opens a list of their units. Kera doesn't give them the building page, building documents, preferred vendors or building announcements; an admin or a member without the assigned-properties limit handles building-level work. Troubleshooting
"You don't have any buildings yet.": add a building first. "Couldn't save the buildings": nothing changed; try again.
