How do I add a tenant who has no email to a lease?

Who can do this

Landlord, Organization admin, Organization members with Create Leases (adding an email also needs Edit Tenants for an organization member).

Add lease → Who's on the lease?

Pick the tenant. Their row reads "<First name> needs an email to get an invite and sign in Kera." with an Email address field and Add email.
To invite them, type their email and click Add email. Kera saves the email on the tenant's record and switches their invite on.
To keep them without an email, leave the field empty. They stay on the lease as a record.

While nobody on the lease has an email, the invite box reads "Add an email to invite them; the lease stays record-only until then."

A tenant without an email can't be invited, can't pay online and can't sign in Kera.

"Couldn't save email": the tenant record couldn't be updated. The typed address stays so you can try again.
